Terms of purchase
ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find information about products, prices, payment method and delivery address. Check that your order confirmation is correct. If something is wrong with the order, contact our customer service immediately. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via e-mail. If you are under the age of 18 you must have your guardian's permission to order from us.

DELIVERIES
Orders received before 4pm are normally sent the same day. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days for deliveries within Sweden and 2-7 days for other countries. Please note, however, that in some cases it may take longer and we reserve the right for a delivery time of up to 10 days. We are not responsible for damage as a result of delivery times being exceeded, but you do have the right to cancel your purchase if the delivery time is extended.
If the item is damaged or lost during transport, we at Fenrix are responsible for payment. If you have received a damaged or broken item, this must be reported within 14 days.

Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge costs for return shipping, administration and invoice fees. From SEK 150, depending on the size of the package. Packages remain at PostNord for 7 days, it is stated in the SMS notification when you must collect them at the latest. If you cannot collect it, you can contact PostNord or the representative and get an extended stay.

Transport damage
If you discover that the package is damaged when you pick it up at your post office, you must report it directly to the agent or Postnord. If you discover damage later, you can contact us at elias.morling@live.se As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged or lost when you return it to us.

Right of withdrawal
By law, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the time you received your item. The product to be returned must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all labels and any original packaging remaining. Please make sure to remove any dog hair from the product before returning it. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged or lost when you return it to us. You pay the postage for the return unless it is one of our products covered by our free return.
The following goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

Products that have been used or have been damaged. The product must be completely free of hair, dirt, odor or the like. It must be in salable condition.

Products that lack original labels, product packaging or damaged packaging.
